      This next month January 29 to February 5 we celebrate the Kannawidan Festival. Kannawidan is tradition or heritage in Ilocano. Now on its third year, the festival is a celebration of the rich cultural heritage of the province, as well as a tribute to its outstanding citizens. Singson said the street dancing and showdown of the product of the 22 towns of the province marked the festivities. Vigan city festival The Vigan Town Fiesta is commemorated in the northernmost part of the Philippines in Ilocos region.
