      Intramurals is one of the best celebration within in a school. recreational sports organized within a particular institution, usually an educational institution, or a set geographic area. Here in Ilocos Sur National High School the Intramural is always celebrated annually particularly in the month of August nor September.      The intramurals of ISNHS this year contains a lot of sports as well as other activities. Students of ISNHS compete in various sports such as Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, and many more. The event was held for about 3 days. the first day is held as an elimination game while the second day is for semi final round, lastly the third day is the final game of the intramurals.     The Intramurals of ISNHS is an event where students can relieve a while from stress and anxiety from their school works.       The Science month celebration is always celebrated in the month of September or October,  Science is the intellectual and practical activity encompassing the systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment.    This month celebrations have an iconic  theme which is "METABOLIZE: Nourishing the Filipino Youth Towards National Well-Being." The theme have various of meaning but for me, t he science month this year wants to aim a metabolized community this year.   The Region 1 of department of education implemented the happy schools movements last  May 20 2019. The said program was held in Vigan Convention Center and was anchored on the theme: “Paaralang Masayang Maglingkod, Tagumpay ng Bata’y Itaguyod.”  The movement seeks to promote every school in the region as a better and enjoyable place to study.  Through the following  program, the learners potential is given the attention by creating a happier and more positive school culture.The movement aims to inculcate in the minds of pupils that school is not just a place for learning but also a place for fun and enjoyment as they enjoy what they are doing. The HSM has 15 advocacy themes in the delivery of education services to the 14 schools divisions in the Ilocos region.  Solidarity is the way of awareness of shared interest, objectives, sympathies and creating a unity within in us. This also refers that we ties in a society that bind people together as one. Vigan City, is the only heritage city in the Philippines. Biguenos celebrate  solidarity in order to give resemblance to people who united to them nor people who develop the Vigan city. All languages and  dialects has substantial contribute to our daily life.
