We tend to celebrate
Nutrition month in July, the whole country celebrates nutrition month annually.
We celebrate this event because Nutrition and foods are imperative to our life.
The theme of the Nutrition month this year is “Kumain ng
wasto at maging aktibo push natin to”. The theme this year is simple yet
meaningful. The theme is telling us that We should eat well and precisely. We
need to eat vegetables and fruits especially the grow, glow, and go foods.
Eating unhealthy foods just like junk foods, does not have benefit to our life.
These foods can affect in our health’s just like having illness and the worse
is it can affect our daily life. In this case we should only eat healthy foods
so that our lifestyle will go well. We must have a well healthy balance so that
we can maintain and healthier. One of the factors to maintain our health is
exercising. Exercising helps our body to preserve our healthy weight. Exercise
helps people to lose weight and lower the chance of having some diseases.

As they say our health is our wealth, in conclusion we should focus and be active in our health and life. Nutrition month reminds us that our health should be our prioritize because health is the one who support our life. We shouldn’t be doubtful in eating healthy foods as well we should always focus and active in caring our life and health.
